Turtle Gallery

What a joy to find turtles thriving in this part of the Wollombi Brook, despite the ever-present threat of marauding egg-eating foxes!  On a sunny day, they are often seen basking on exposed logs, but are quick to dive and disappear under the water if disturbed.  Click on images below to enlarge.
